Having experience with the mathematical topics of eg Bayes Theorem may help, but only as much as it provides context within the traditional, formal system of mathematics.
Those without experience of these topics may suffer from lack of knowledge, but they will benefit from not being restricted by formal mathematical associations.
We are attempting to reveal the subjective side of mathematics (similar to cognitive science) so that we appreciate how thinking through (ie using) mathematical topics takes mental form, and how these mental forms are conformal with other mental processes.
Three ‘lessons’, which are tentative explorations or applications of XQ within our psycho-social condition:
